The Ylläs region with its seven fells offers magnificent cycling terrain both in summer and winter.
In the winter, there’s a magical forest around, the crunch of snow beneath the wide tires of the bike, and perhaps the Northern Lights in the darkening evening sky. During the summer you can enjoy the nightless nights, silence: just you, the fell, and a mountain bike.
The Ylläs area boasts over 100 kilometers of well-maintained winter cycling trails, and the scenery is something you can’t afford to miss. There are, of course, routes available for both beginners and more experienced riders. In the summer, in addition to mountain biking trails, you can have fun in the top noch Ylläs Bike Park.

Hill Ski Rent Ylläs offers the best rental equipment for the longest slopes in Finland. We offer skis, telemarks and snowboards for the slopes. Peltonen cross-country skis and bikes for the snowy trails – ski equipment, snowshoes and sledges – everything is on offer! You don’t have to make a reservation, there’s enough for everyone!
Ylläs Hill Shop is filled with the hottest sportswear and gear of the season. We also have a lot of test & buy opportunities, so if in doubt, go test and make your decision based on experience! The selection includes HEAD, OAKLEY, North Face and HESTRA products, as well as Ylläs products, of course. Welcome!
Hill Ski Rent Ylläs Maintenance service maintains your equipment with skill and precision. You will find our maintenance service in the same premises as the rental company and the sport shop. Choose the appropriate service for your equipment, or let the staff recommend it. A service station is always available when the rental store is open.
